I recieved the email below and thought there would be some bands/listeners that would like to help out:
My name is Erin Johnson Foster I am a close friend of the Doyle family. On June 27, 2010 James David Doyle was shot and killed by who he thought was a "Friend" in Indianola and died within minutes. James' mother and his brother and sister he left behind have been put threw something, I would never wish on my worst enemy. James was a great kid with such an amazing love for life and people. He loved Lazer103.3, kiss, ac/dc, and rock music! But now his mother has had to do the unthinkable and let go of her baby boy. be buried with no money she has a huge debt from his funeral alone. The only thing she wanted throughout this whole thing was peace of mind that she could protect James from anything ever hurting him ever again!
We would like to put on a benefit concert to help with the cost from the funeral and lift this family up for one day to remember our dear James! We have the venue, Hickory Hills(8 Miles outside of Indianola) and the date set for September 26th. Now all we need are great bands, family and great people who want to have a good time remember a great kid.
If you could help out with bands names or promoting this concert please let me know we just want to ROCK FOR JAMES!
